Oil extracted with the Yoda Oil Press is cold pressed with the living nutrients and enzymes intact. Cold pressed oils also retain their flavour and aroma; enhancing the flavours of food when cooking.
The extractor works by grinding the ingredients with a motor and pestle like action to separate the liquid from the pulp, and although this will generate some friction and heat the oil that is extracted does not rise above 50ºc therefore retaining all the nutrients and enzymes. This means that you are left with a cold pressed oil that maintains all the flavours, aromas and nutritional value of the ingredients you have just put through the machine

The Yoda Oil Press has a high extraction rate which is comparable to that of industrial oil press machines. With an extraction rate of up to 88% (depending on the raw material but is usually around 50%), the Yoda Oil Extractor can extract oil from 200g of raw material in between 6-10 minutes.

Σουσάμι Αναποφλοίωτο 500γρ. => 180 - 200 ml λάδι σουσαμιού
Λιναρόσπορο Καφέ 500γρ. => 160 - 180 ml λινέλαιο
